"I am inspired heavily by the context of my life. When I connect, tap in and paint with the spirit that guides me, I feel a very strong connection to Mother Earth. The land, the skies, the waters both fresh and salt, to the animals and plants. Creating my artwork grounds me back to my core purpose, I am able to allow my raw spirit to speak and that creates a different sort of artwork. It is an incredibly spiritual and healing experience every time I work on a piece, slab or painting. This is why my work has such rich significance and resonates with the viewer." - Lili
