ORDER PROCESSING TIME

At present, the estimated processing time for earring orders is around 3-7 business days, while apparel orders may take up to 14 business days, excluding postage. However, please note that most orders, excluding restocks, are typically processed within 3 business days. If you have a specific deadline in mind, kindly reach out to us via email, and we will be happy to advise you on the feasibility of accommodating your request.

By default, all packages will be sent in boxes through Australia Post Express Parcel Post and international priority tracked mail, unless otherwise requested and paid for. The delivery times within Australia range from 1 to 14 days, depending on the location and any potential impacts from events like Covid-19. International delivery from Australia may take between 5 to 21 days, so it is advisable to check with your national postal service for updates, as well as Australia Post for any timeline indicators.

Wattle Woman takes full responsibility for any loss or damage to your product until it is delivered to your specified address for purchases made directly through our official website. If an item is not delivered or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly at wattlewoman@gmail.com. For damaged items, we must be notified within 3 days of delivery.

For any delivery issues or products purchased through our stockists, please contact them directly for assistance. 

If you prefer, free in-store collection is available at Cha Cha Chocolate located at 84 Bourbong Street, Bundaberg QLD. Simply select this shipping option during checkout. Please allow a minimum of 3 business days for your order to be packaged and prepared for pickup.

In the event that you accidentally selected the Pick-up option instead of postage, there's no need to worry. We will reach out to you within 2 business days to arrange payment for postage so that your order can be sent out as scheduled.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES 

Please be aware that buyers are responsible for any applicable customs and import taxes. These charges, excluding EU customers, must be paid to the local customs authority or third-party delivery agent by the buyer before parcel delivery. To calculate the amount of these taxes, please research your country's VAT/GST import tax duties, as each country's VAT may vary. Please note that Wattle Woman is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or delays caused by customs processes.

ORIGINAL PAINTINGS, SLAB ARTWORKS & PRINTS - SHIPPING & FRAMING 

  • Wattle Woman also offers the option to purchase your painting framed. The canvas is stretched and framed within a shadow box frame that creates a sophisticated and modern shadow effect between the frame and canvas. We use oak timber for framing and can recommend a colour of timber that will complement the painting and your decor. 

    If you would like this option please enquire via email at: wattlewoman@gmail.com for a framing and postage price. You can enquire about this option before or after your purchase.

  • Shipping is calculated on a case-to-case basis. Price of shipping will differ due to your choice in framing, location and shipping protection add ons. 
  • We do not accept PO Boxes as a delivery address
  • You will receive a tracking notification email when your item has been shipped. Please allow 7-14 days for your order to be delivered. 
  • All parcels require a signature on deliver (if you request 'authority to leave' then Wattle Woman is not responsible for any damage, loss or theft of your parcel.)
  • All framing is carried out locally by hand. I have provided choices for a float frame style in different coloured timber. However once purchased, you will have the opportunity to choose the frame that best suits your artwork and will be invoiced accordingly.

  • International delivery from Australia may take between 5 to 21 days, so it is advisable to check with your national postal service for updates, as well as Australia Post for any timeline indicators.

  • Customs and duties costs are not the responsibility of Wattle Woman. 
  • We are required by law to disclose the full value of the shipment contents and cannot alter this value under any circumstances.
  • If an order is refused by destination country, by no fault of our own, Wattle Woman holds no financial responsibility for any additional shipping expenses or costs incurred as a result.
