Wattle Workshops Cancellation Policy
WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that some things in life are out of our control, so if you require to make changes to your Wattle Workshop after purchasing your ticket, I am happy to offer you another workshop for a future date.
However, to offer these changes, I require a minimum of 72 hours notice prior to your original booking date. No changes can be made to events less than 72 hours prior to your booked Workshop.
Full refunds will only be offered if Wattle Woman can not host the event.

PRIVATE WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY
If you require to make changes to your Private Workshop after deposits or full payments have been paid, I am happy to offer you another workshop for a future date that will suit both you and your guests.
However, to offer these changes, I require a minimum of 7 days notice prior to your original booking date. No changes can be made to events less than 7 days prior to your booked Private Workshop.
Once Deposits have been paid, no refunds or exchanges will be offered to individual guests that are unable to attend Private Workshops.
Full refunds will only be offered if Wattle Woman can not host the event.

PRIVATE WORKSHOP PAYMENTS
Private Workshops will be charged as one single amount, the total amount will be determined by the number of tickets required for your event.
Once we receive your confirmation of a private booking a personalised product will become available online for you to purchase your event tickets from. The total amount owing for your Workshop will be separated into 2 payments.
The 1st payment required is a 50% deposit, once this has been paid your date and time will be secured for your event. Once your personalised product has been loaded online, you will have 3 days to pay this deposit before your chosen date and time are released and offered to another private event.
The 2nd payment required is the remaining 50%, this must be paid no later than 14 days prior to your event.
